I tried the mobile route another posted suggested bu the quality was very poor, this technique allows for the original quality of the video to remain intact (be aware if you want to download it in HD you need to click the HD option as soon as the video starts and don't open the new tab/window until the video has ended). 1) Open Facebook in Google Chrome (only works in chrome). You will need to use the Chrome Web Developer tools to find the link for the private video. Chrome is a free browser that can be downloaded from Google. 2) Open the link to the video you want to download by clicking on the video in the videos folder under photos in your profile or click on the time that you posted/shared the video to open the page where the video is shown on its own (if it opens a pop up window with Facebook showing behind it when click the time link again). The clear interface and date/time reminders alone convinced me - but there is more, and the very fast sync between Mac and mobile was already outstanding before. Therefore, I came back from 2do which I also liked a lot. This is very well made software, and considering that cultured code charges for new versions only every few years (maybe 5 or so), I believe the price for all versions to be more than fair. For me, Things 3 is the best combination of intuitive interface and power 'under the hood'.
